Downloading and importing files
Check your connection and available storage, retry the download, and make sure Minecraft Bedrock and Master for Minecraft are up to date.
On iOS, open the exported file through the Share Sheet or Files app and choose Minecraft when available. On Android, follow the in-app install or open prompt. Compatibility depends on the content and Minecraft version.
Ads and rewarded unlocks
If an ad fails to load, close it, check your connection, and try again later. You can reopen advertising privacy choices from the app's Settings.
Rewarded unlocks are stored locally. If an earned unlock disappears, email support with the item name or ID, platform, app version, approximate time of the ad, and a screenshot. We will review the available restoration options.
Delete your data
Remove favorites and downloaded files in the app. Delete your own public review from its review menu; change a star rating separately if you want it removed or updated. Deleting the app removes local app data, subject to normal device backups.
For other Firebase community data linked to the anonymous app identifier, email us with your nickname and the content or review details needed to locate it. Do not send passwords or payment information.

Include the material or review title, a link or ID, a clear description of the problem, and screenshots when possible.

Identify the protected work and the allegedly infringing material, include the material title, link or ID, explain the basis of the request, and attach supporting screenshots or documentation.
